The 8-year-old child, a resident of Zaria village in Sreepur upazila of Magura, came to visit her elder sister's house in Mathpara village of Magura Sadar.
On 6 March, she was allegedly raped by her sister's father-in-law, Hitu Sheikh.
Her brother-in-law himself is also allegedly involved in the incident.
