The Detective Branch (DB) police have arrested Additional Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Moshiur Rahman.
The arrest took place on Thursday (19 September) night.
According to DB sources, Moshiur Rahman is implicated in eight murder cases.
However, it has not yet been confirmed under which specific case his arrest has been shown.
