2 Bangladeshi youth shot dead by BSF in Tetulia

Two Bangladeshi youth were gunned down by the Border Security Force (BSF) of India at Tetulia border in Panchagarh. 

The incident took place around 8am on Wednesday in the Khaikhatpara border area of the upazila, said Tetulia Model Thana’s Officer-in-Charge, Sujay Kumar.

The victims are Jalil, 24, from Magura village, and Yasin Ali, 23, from Tirnaihat Bramtol village, of the Tetulia upazila. 

The Indian police took custody of the bodies from the scene following the shooting, said Sujay Kumar, quoting the Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB).
