Bangladesh Meteorological Department has predicted a slight drop in night-time temperatures across the country, with a marginal increase in daytime temperatures.
According to the forecast issued on Monday (24 February), by meteorologist Shahinul Islam, the next 24 hours will see predominantly dry weather nationwide, accompanied by temporarily partly cloudy skies.
Light fog may form over river basins during the late-night and early-morning hours.
For Tuesday (25 February), the department anticipates a continuation of dry conditions with similar patterns of light fog in riverine areas from late night to early morning.
While night-time temperatures may see a slight dip, daytime temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged.
On Wednesday (26 February) a similar weather pattern is predicted, with dry conditions persisting and light fog likely in river basins during the early hours.
Both day and night temperatures may experience a slight increase.
Furthermore, over the next five days, a gradual rise in both night and daytime temperatures is anticipated, as per the latest forecast from the BMD.
