A head-on collision between a bus and a pickup van in Tangail has claimed the lives of four individuals and left several others injured.
The accident occurred on Tuesday morning (19 November) in front of Malabari Government Primary School in Madhupur, Tangail, said Madhupur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (Investigation) Rasel Ahmed.
The identities of the deceased remain unknown at this time; however, it has been reported that the driver of the pickup van and his assistant were among those killed.
Upon receiving information about the accident, police arrived at the scene and recovered the bodies.
The collision temporarily disrupted traffic on the road, though police later restored normalcy.
