Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus, has extended Eid greetings to the nation in a video message on Sunday (30 March) evening as the crescent moon was sighted in the country.
In his address, Yunus wished everyone a joyous Eid-ul-Fitr and encouraged people to travel home safely with their families, visit the graves of their ancestors, and extend care to underprivileged families.
He urged citizens to consider the future of those in need and introduce their children to them, fostering empathy and social responsibility.
Yunus also called for national unity during Eid prayers, urging all to remain steadfast against divisive forces and pray for collective strength.
He wished for a meaningful and joyful life for all, seeking divine blessings for the nation’s well-being.
