Gas supply in several areas of northern Dhaka will be suspended for eight hours on Thursday (28 March) due to pipeline removal work for MRT Line-1, according to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC.
In a statement, Titas Gas announced that gas supply will remain off from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm for all types of consumers in the following areas: Nikunja-1, Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Concord City (up to the riverbank), Namapara, and surrounding areas.
Additionally, consumers in adjacent locations may experience low gas pressure during this period.
Titas Gas apologized for the temporary inconvenience and assured customers that efforts are being made to restore normal service as soon as possible.
