One more quota movement member - - Sohan Shah, 27, who was shot in Rampura area - - succumbed to his injuries at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in the city on Wednesday (28 August) evening.
Police and hospital sources said a garment worker by profession Sohan succumbed to his injuries around 7:30 pm while undergoing treatment at CMH Hospital.
Sub-Inspector (SI) Muhammad Shahjahan of Cantonment Police Station told BSS that after receiving the information, the police retrieved the body and sent it to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy.
Hailed from Chandikhali village of Sreepur upazila of Magura, the deceased was the son of Shah Sekander Ali. He used to live in a mess at Rampura Hajipara DIT Road and worked at a garment factory in Rampura area.
On 19 July, Sohan received serious bullet injuries during a clashes between the police and protesters in Rampura area.
