Sarah Cooke, British High Commissioner to Bangladesh, has called on the Chief Adviser’s Special Envoy for International Affairs, Lutfey Siddiqi, at his office in Dhaka on Sunday (15 December).
They tabled areas of cooperation between the two friendly countries.
Special Envoy Siddiqi thanked the High Commissioner for the wide range of timely and relevant areas of assistance that the British government is presently providing to Interim Government of Bangladesh.
During the meeting, they discussed areas of cooperation including technical assistance in the financial sector and convening relevant research in the implementation of governance reforms.
