It was learned that while the heat has subsided, light, chilly winds and fog have started to envelop the city. Residents of the city and district experienced power outages every hour from Tuesday morning to 11pm.
The Power Department, however, claimed that the situation is more stable compared to earlier times.

Moreover, he said that in Sylhet district, the supply was 86.15 megawatts against a demand of 124.55 megawatts.
