In a bid to press their demands, protesters initiated a non-cooperation movement by blocking the Rampura-Badda road, gathering at Aftabnagar
Processions began converging in front of East West University at the Aftabnagar gate at around 10:45am on Sunday (4 August).
Students from East West University, BRAC University, and several other nearby educational institutions started assembling at the Aftabnagar gate.
During the gathering, the students held sticks and national flags, chanting slogans demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
