In a bid to enhance the quality of customer service, the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has declared that its offices will now remain open on Saturdays.
This decision was conveyed in an office order signed by the BRT Deputy Director (Administration) Muhammad Masum Billah, on Thursday (26 December).
The order specifies that, until further notice, all BRTA Metro Circle and District Circles will operate uninterrupted on Saturdays to ensure the continuous provision of services to the public.
The directive has been issued in the public interest, with the aim of maintaining efficient service delivery to customers across the nation.
