Syeda Rizwana Hasan, adviser to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, announced that from now on, local communities and the administration will be informed during the formulation and implementation of projects.
She assured that no opportunities would be given to corrupt contractors in project allocations.
The adviser made these remarks to journalists at the secretariat on Tuesday (12 November).
Additionally, Wahiduddin Mahmud, adviser on Education and Planning, stated that all projects, regardless of their scale, would be free from political influence, partisan bias, and syndicates.
He emphasised that transparency and accountability would be ensured, with stringent policies to prevent any future corruption during project formulation.
