US President Donald Trump has unveiled an AI-generated visualization of his vision for Gaza, depicting a dramatic transformation from a war-torn region to a luxurious metropolis.
The concept, shared by Trump on social media, reflects his ambition to turn Gaza into the "Riviera of the Middle East," featuring extravagant developments such as skyscrapers, beaches, bustling markets, and even nightclubs, reports NDTV.

The video begins with Gaza’s current state—a city in ruins, heavily bombarded during the ongoing conflict with Israel. However, the perspective shifts to an imagined future Gaza, where yachts line the coast, sports cars race through modern streets, and a tower resembling the Empire State Building dominates the skyline.
One of the most striking elements in the visuals is a massive Trump statue, surrounded by palm trees against a sunset backdrop. The AI video features prominent figures including Trump, his close ally Elon Musk, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, seemingly endorsing the transformation.
The AI-rendered images also highlight elements of luxury, showing Musk enjoying a beachside meal, while bearded belly dancers entertain guests. In one scene, a child holds a Trump balloon in a marketplace, and in another, Trump is spotted at a nightclub with a dancer, while Musk appears to be showering money on a beach.
A towering building labeled "Trump Gaza" stands in the heart of the imagined city, reinforcing the idea of a Trump-led redevelopment. Souvenir shops selling Trump miniatures further emphasize his presence in the vision.
Trump’s Gaza takeover proposal has sent shockwaves through the global community, marking a sharp departure from traditional US policy, which has long supported a two-state solution. His pragmatic and transactional approach has raised doubts about the feasibility of such a plan.
The proposal includes the temporary relocation of Gazans to other countries, according to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Netanyahu has called the idea "creative" but insists that displaced Gazans must “disavow terrorism” to return. He even suggested that a Palestinian state could be established in Saudi Arabia, a concept that has stirred significant debate.
Trump’s vision has intensified discussions on Gaza’s future, but whether his AI-driven fantasy will translate into reality remains highly uncertain.
