Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has been working for the welfare of mass people to build an ideal nation and a discrimination, poverty-free society based on Justice, said Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central executive council member and Dhaka City North unit’s Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin.
The Jamaat leader was addressing workers’ meeting in the capital’s Banani organised by Jamaat Dhaka City North unit.
Gulshan thana west Ameer Mahmudur Rahman Azad presided over the meeting while secretary Abdullah al-Mamun conducted it.
Jamaat central working committee member and Dhaka City North unit’s secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim and central Mojlis-e-Shura member Yeasin Arafat were the special guests.
Banani thana Ameer Mizanur Rahman Khan, Gulshan east thana Ameer Zillur Rahman spoke in the event.
