US-Bangla Airlines, a leading private airline in Bangladesh, has become the title sponsor of the 20th edition of the international tourism fair, Dhaka Travel Mart 2025. The three-day fair, organized by The Bangladesh Monitor, a premier travel and tourism publication, will take place from 6 to 8 February, at the Ball Room of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between US-Bangla Airlines and The Bangladesh Monitor at the publication's office in Dhaka on Monday (January 6), read a press release.
Md. Shafiqul Islam, head of Marketing and Sales of US-Bangla Airlines, and Dr. Farhad Kamal, managing editor of The Bangladesh Monitor, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. Present at the event were Kazi Wahidul Alam, editor of The Bangladesh Monitor, and Md. Kamrul Islam, general manager of Public Relations at US-Bangla Airlines, among others.
Under the agreement, US-Bangla Airlines will provide comprehensive support to The Bangladesh Monitor in organising and promoting the Dhaka Travel Mart 2025, both domestically and internationally. The airline will also offer attractive packages and discounts on airfares to various destinations across its network for fair visitors.
This year, more than 45 public and private organisations from countries including India, Jordan, Malaysia, the Maldives, Nepal, Thailand, the UAE, and host Bangladesh will participate in the event. Exhibitors include national tourism organisations, airlines, hotels, tour operators, financial institutions, and other travel-related service providers.
The US-Bangla Airlines Dhaka Travel Mart 2025 will be open to visitors daily from 10 am to 8 pm during the event. Entry will require a fee of Tk 50 per person, providing attendees with the opportunity to win exciting raffle prizes, including air tickets.
