Bangladesh received an all-time high of $3.29 billion in inward remittances in March 2025, setting a new monthly record, according to Bangladesh Bank data.
This marks a 64.7% year-on-year increase compared to $1.99 billion in March 2024.
From July to March of the 2024–25 fiscal year, total remittance inflows reached $21.77 billion, significantly surpassing the $17.07 billion recorded in the same period of 2023–24.
