The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted rain or thundershowers across various regions of the country, including Dhaka, for the next 24 hours starting from 9:00 am on Saturday.
According to a Met office bulletin, rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated locations in the Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, and Mymensingh divisions. Meanwhile, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry with a partly cloudy sky in other areas.
Light to moderate fog is also expected in certain regions during the late night to early morning hours.
Temperatures during both day and night are predicted to remain relatively stable throughout the country. Additionally, a westerly low trough is currently situated over West Bengal and the surrounding areas, while a seasonal low persists over the South Bay.
