Sohel Rana's brother Mohammad Ibrahim applied to Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sultan Sohaag Uddin to file the case on Tuesday (20 August)

The court has directed the Adabor police station to register the complaint as a formal charge.

The list of accused includes former ministers Obaidul Quader, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, and Jahangir Kabir Nanak, along with former MP Sadeq Khan, former Dhaka South City Corporation Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh, and several other high-profile figures.
