BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman said a certain force is attempting to undermine the morale of the police, aiming to turn Bangladesh into a failed state.
“Bangladesh's police are not the enemy of the people. A certain force is trying to undermine the morale of the police to turn Bangladesh into a dysfunctional state,” said Tarique Rahman at a rally held at the BNP's central office in Naya Paltan on Wednesday (7 August).
Tarique Rahman further said, "If there are any complaints against any police member, file them with the appropriate authorities, but do not take the law into your own hands."
