Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said there will be no more gaps in 14-party alliance.
“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina listened to their words attentively for three and a half hours on Thursday (23 May). Every party has given their speech in details. So, from now on, it will no longer have the distance,” said Obaidul Quader after a meeting with 14-party alliance at Ganabhaban on Thursday (23 May) night.
He said that 14 party leaders have agreed on contemporary issues and non-communal politics what Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said in her opening speech.
The PM has directed them (14-party alliance) to organise their parties and make them more popular with the people.
The premier has ordered 14-party leaders to advance the spirit of liberation war and non-sectarian humanity, said Quader.
Leaders of 14-party alliance have pledged to build a more disciplined and organised unity.
