As part of the ongoing reshuffle in police administration, twelve districts got new superintendents of police (SP) on Wednesday.
To this end, a circular signed by Deputy Secretary Mahbubur Rahman Sheikh of the Ministry of Home Affairs was issued.
The SPs are posted to the districts of Rangpur, Chattogram, Mymensingh, Dinajpur, Barishal, Rajshahi, Gazipur, Manikganj, Gaibandha, Habiganj, Brahmanbaria, and Naogaon.
After the appointment of Baharul Alam as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) on November 20, this is the first major reshuffle of SPs.
