The government has extended the deadline for Hajj registration for 2025 to 15 December to avoid last-minute complications, the Ministry of Religious Affairs announced on Thursday.
In a notice signed by Deputy Secretary Md Rafikul Islam, the ministry stated that the extended registration period applies to both government and private Hajj pilgrims.
Pilgrims can complete their initial registration by depositing Tk3 lakh and must finalize their registration by paying the full Hajj package amount within this timeframe.
The ministry emphasized that no further extensions will be granted after the 15 December deadline. All pilgrims are urged to complete the required procedures within the given period to ensure a smooth registration process.
