The United States Embassy in Dhaka is set to implement a new system for visa services starting 8 February 2025. Due to the transition, the current www.ustraveldocs.com services will be unavailable from 5 to 7 February.
The embassy informed the update in a statement posted on its official Facebook page today (3 February).
Despite the website downtime, applicants with scheduled appointments during this period must still attend as per their original date and time, reads the statement.
The embassy will release nonimmigrant visa appointment slots every Tuesday at 3:30pm starting 4 February.
