Over 200 accused in Pilkhana massacre granted bail

More than 200 individuals accused in the Pilkhana killings case involving explosives have been granted bail, as no appeals were lodged against them in the High Court

More than 200 individuals accused in the Pilkhana killings case under the Explosives Act have been granted bail.

The court issued bail for those against whom no appeals had been made in the High Court on Sunday (19 January).

The bail hearings for the accused were conducted by Parvez Hasan, Aminul Islam, and Farooq Ahmed.

On behalf of the state, prosecutor Alhaj Borhan Uddin opposed the bail.
