The government exempted 826 members of the families of July martyrs from giving proof of filing income tax returns for purchasing savings certificates with the money provided as government assistance.
The National Broad of Revenue (NBR) has taken the move as per the Income Tax Act 2023.
Tax Policy wing of the NBR issued an order on Sunday regarding this matter.
