On Sunday (10 November), Law Adviser Dr Asif Nazrul stated that the interim government is moving to secure Interpol Red Notices to bring back Sheikh Hasina and other fugitives.
This announcement was made during a visit to inspect renovation work at the old building of the International Crimes Tribunal.
Regarding the trial of Awami League members, Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Tazul Islam said, "While they have yet to initiate formal investigations into the party, numerous allegations have been received. In individual investigations currently underway, connections to the Awami League have consistently surfaced."
"This includes members from its Central Presidium, as well as the central committees of its youth and student wings—Jubo League and Chhatra League. Continuous evidence points to their involvement in mass killings and crimes against humanity," he added.
