Mirpur-10 metro station, which was vandalised by miscreants and therefore, shut down in July, has resumed its regular operations on Tuesday (15 October) morning.

Mirpur-10 metro station, which was vandalised by miscreants and therefore, shut down in July, has resumed its regular operations on Tuesday (15 October) morning.

Managing Director of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd Mohammad Abdur Rouf told the media that the operations of Mirpur-10 metro station began this morning.

On July 19, some unruly people vandalised Mirpur-10 and Kazipara metro stations. Following the incident, the authorities suspended metro rail operations at the two stations. 

On September 20, Kazipara station restarted its operation after repairing work.
