Technology entrepreneurs from different sub-sectors have announced a combined platform- United ICT Forum, aimed at eliminating discrimination in related trade bodies.

Secretary General at Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), Faisal Alim, announced a program held at Banani Club in Dhaka recently with participation from software, hardware, and outsourcing industry. 

The forum leaders pledged inclusive participation at Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS), Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB) and E-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (E-CAB).

Addressing the program, Faisal Alim said that original tech entrepreneurs have been deprived of contesting in trade body elections gripped by a selected syndicate.

Smart Voice Managing Director Hasnain Md Reyad, Digidot Limited Managing Director Syeda Nafisa Reza Borsha and Signature Club Director Shohibur Rahman Khan, BACCO President Tanvir Ibrahim, Grameen Telecom Trust CEO Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui, AMZ Business Solutions Managing Director Musleh Uz Zaman, Pridesys IT Managing Director Monuwar Iqbal, Majumder IT Proprietor Saidul Islam Majumder, APSIS Managing Director Mahtabul Amin and WinCloud Limited Managing Director Rafsan Jany Samir were present on the event.
