Chief Adviser’s High Representative on Rohingya and Priority Issues Dr Khalilur Rahman has been appointed as the National Security Adviser.
The notification specifies that Khalilur Rahman’s revised designation will be “National Security Adviser and High Representative on Rohingya Issues.”
In his expanded role, he will also assist the Chief Adviser in matters related to the Ministry of Defence, the notification added.
