Home Affairs Adviser Lt Gen (Retd) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury has assured that there are no security concerns regarding the forthcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja.
He expressed confidence that this year, Hindu devotees would be able to celebrate the festival without any hindrances.
The home adviser made this statement on Sunday afternoon (6 October) while inspecting the preparations for Durga Puja at the Ramna Kali Mandir in the capital.
