Saudi Arabia announced that Monday (March 11) will mark the first day of Ramadan after the crescent moon was sighted in the country this evening.
The Royal Court of the Kingdom confirmed the matter by issuing a statement today.
Additionally, Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines have declared that Tuesday (March 12) will mark the beginning of Ramadan.
