A university press release on Sunday said that subjected to the approval from the Syndicate, the highest policy making body of the university, the classes and academic activities are likely to resume in the last week of September.

The Dhaka University is likely to resume its classes and academic activities in the last week of this month.

A university press release on Sunday said that subjected to the approval from the Syndicate, the highest policy making body of the university, the classes and academic activities are likely to resume in the last week of September.

DU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan held a meeting with the deans of faculties,  chairmen of departments’ directors of institutes and chief of different  offices at the auditorium of Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury senate Bhaban.

DU Pro-VC (Administration) Prof Dr Sayema Haque Bidisha, DU Treasurer Dr Md  Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Proctor Associate professor Saifuddin Ahmed and  Acting register Munshi Shams Uddin Ahmed, among others, were present in the  meeting.
