Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus is holding his first meeting with secretaries since the formation of the interim government under his leadership.

The meeting commenced at 11:30am on Wednesday (4 September),  as reported by the chief adviser’s press wing.

It has been learned that during the meeting, Dr Yunus may seek advice on how to swiftly restore administrative functions across the country to their normal course.

Additionally, he is expected to provide direct instructions to all secretaries on the government's stance regarding these matters.

The overall situation of the country is also likely to be discussed, although there is no detailed agenda for this meeting.
