The government has appointed four Officers-in-Charge (OCs) for various police stations under the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).
The appointments were made in an official order signed by DMP Commissioner Md Mainul Hasan on Thursday (29 August).
According to the order, the new OCs are Md Amirul Islam for Kamrangirchar Police Station, Md Mokammel Haque for Rupnagar Police Station, Mohsin Uddin for New Market Police Station, and Md Abdul Alim for Cantonment Police Station.
The new appointments will be effective immediately, according to the order.
