Jamaat-e-Islami held a meeting with the family members of those who were killed during the student movement that ousted former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The discussion meeting was held at at the Uttara Sea Shell Restaurant in Dhaka on Thursday.
The event was graced by Professor Mia Golam Parwar, Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP, who attended as the chief guest. He listened to the families' concerns and assured them of all possible assistance to address their problems.
The Secretary General also provided cash assistance to the families of the martyrs.
