Interim government's adviser on Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Asif Nazrul has stated that those responsible for the July massacres (from 5 July to 5 August) can be brought to justice before the International Crimes Tribunal.
He made this remark during a press conference held at the Secretariat on Wednesday (14 August).
"We have conducted preliminary research and found that it is possible to prosecute individuals at the highest levels," he added.
