Four judges of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court have been appointed to the Appellate Division.
The four judges are Justice Zubair Rahman Chowdhury, Justice Syed Mohammad Ziaul Karim, Justice Md Rezaul Haque and Justice SM Emdadul Haque.
President Mohammed Shahabuddin made the appointment through Article 95(1) of the Constitution, said a gazzette notification of the law ministry issued on Monday (12 August).
