Interim government's Youth and Sports Ministry Adviser Asif Mahmud has stated that no opportunities for rehabilitation will be granted to criminals prior to the completion of judicial proceedings.
In a Facebook post on Monday (12 August), he emphasised that providing rehabilitation to terrorists before they face justice is incompatible with the spirit of the students and public uprising.
He underscored that there can be no position taken that contradicts the essence of this popular movement.
Additionally, he urged victims across the nation to file cases against those responsible for attacks and murders during the uprising, while also affirming the government's commitment to ensuring justice.
