Major General Md Faizur Rahman has been appointed as the director general of the Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI).
The announcement was made through a press release by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday (12 August).
At the same time, Major General Md Nasim Parvez has been designated as the commandant of the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), while Major General Abdul Motaleb Sajjad Mahmud has been appointed as the director general of the Ansar and Village Defence Party (VDP).
