Teachers of Dhaka University staged a protest march on Thursday in response to the deaths and subsequent mass arrests centring quota reform movement.

The protest, organised under the banner of "Teachers Against Oppression," began at 12:30pm in front of the Arts Building of the university.

The march proceeded to the Vice-Chancellor's square, and held a brief speech in front of the Raju Memorial Sculpture. The silent procession then continued towards the Shaheed Minar.
