Quota reform protesters will hold funerals in absentia and coffin procession at the foot of Dhaka University's Raju sculpture on Wednesday (17 July) afternoon.
Asif, one of the coordinators of the Student Movement against Discrimination, made the announcement in a status on social media Facebook on Tuesday late night.
According to the Facebook post, the quota protesting students will hold the funeral prayer at Raju Sculpture at 2pm on Wednesday for victims of violent clashes.
He also urged students across the country to hold similar programmes in their respective educational places.
At least six people including students were killed across the country as clashes erupted between quota reform protesters, the leaders and activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League and the police.
