Gas supply in various parts of the capital will be suspended for 10 hours tomorrow (!1 July) from 10 am to 8 pm, due to emergency works on the gas pipeline.
The areas affected by the suspension include Kalabagan, Kathalbagan, East Rajabazar, Green Road, and Panthapath, the Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company announced today.
During this period, residents in the surrounding areas may experience low gas pressure.
In a press release issued today, Titas Gas authorities apologised for the inconvenience to their customers, citing the need for regular gas pipeline renovations, which occasionally require temporary shutdowns of gas supply to different areas.
