A group of rabbits hurried towards Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as she called for them during a tree planting ceremony at Ganabhaban on Saturday (15 June).

The event marked the start of a three-month tree plantation campaign by the Krishak League, a wing of Awami League (AL).

After planting a tree in the Ganabhaban grounds, the prime minister approached the area near the rabbits' habitat.

Her voice seemed to attract the rabbits, who quickly gathered around her.

This tree planting campaign is part of a larger effort to increase green cover and promote environmental sustainability in Bangladesh.
