Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is likely to visit India for the second time this month to hold bilateral talks.
The premier is scheduled to visit the neighbouring country on 21 June, diplomatic sources said.
Earlier, she visited Delhi on the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of the Indian cabinet on 8 June.
According to diplomatic sources, the state visit is likely to be for three days.
Preparations are underway for the summit meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on 22 June, they added.
