Pieces of flesh, which have been recovered from the septic tank of the flat at Sanjeeva Gardens in the New Town of Kolkata, where Jhenaidah-4 MP Anwarul Azim Anar was killed, are human flesh, said the forensic department of Kolkata police.

After the DNA test, it will be known whether the flesh pieces are of Jhenidah-4 MP Anwarul Azim Anar or not.

West Bengal's Criminal Investigation Department (CID) recovered some bones from Bagjola canal near Krishwnamati Bridge area under south 24 Parganas district of West Bengal on Sunday (9 June).

The pieces were found while police were conducting a search operation with accused Siam, an accused in MPAnar murder case.

Those bones were also sent to the forensic.

 DNA test will also be conducted to determine whether the recovered pieces of flesh and bones belong to MP Anar.

And for this, the process of sending news to Anar's family members has started.

During questioning, Siam said that he worked under Shaheen, a childhood friend and business partner of MP Anar, who is the mastermind behind the murder.

Siam said as per Shaheen's direction, he brought Jihad to Kolkata from Mumbai.

He said MP Anar was lured into the flat, killed and then his body was chopped into very small pieces and flushed through one of the washroom commodes.
