Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally winds are likely to occur at many places across five divisions, including Dhaka, and in a few places across the other three divisions.
The meteorological office forecast for the next 72 hours beginning from 6 pm today (10 May) predicts, "Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally winds are likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions, and at a few places over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions with hails at isolated places."
The forecast added that a trough westerly low lies over West Bengal to the North-west Bay.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the forecast further said.
