West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee suffered an injury after she fell while boarding a helicopter in Durgapur on Saturday (27 April).
Mamata slipped and fell inside the chopper as she was about to take her seat, reports The Times of India.
The chief minister was assisted by her security personnel, and she continued with her onward travel to Asansol.
Earlier on 14 March of this year, Mamata was hospitalized for a few days after sustaining a hit on her forehead at her residence in south Kolkata.
On 24 January, she suffered a minor injury on her forehead after her car had to stop to avoid a collision with another vehicle suddenly.
