India has authorised the export of 99,150 tonnes of onions to Bangladesh and five additional countries.
According to an official statement, the state-owned National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) will oversee the export of onions to these six nations.
Apart from Bangladesh, the other countries included in this export agreement are the UAE, Mauritius, Bhutan, Bahrain, and Sri Lanka.
