Nojibur Rahman, former principal secretary to the prime minister and former chairman of the National Board of Revenue (NBR) has been arrested.
DB Additional Commissioner Rezaul Karim Mallick said the Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police has arrested Nojibur on Sunday night.
However, he could not mention the charges on which Nojibur was arrested.
